Valeria is an expert strategist and she's the strategist for the crew of the Angel Links. She joins the crew when Meifon convinces her that she has the luck to pull it off. She is one of three characters on this show who appear in Outlaw Star, Duuz is one, and Fred Luo is the other although he only appears for a couple of seconds in the first episode.
